DAYCARE AT BOWESFIELD
Leaving your pets at home is now a thing of the past. Daycare helps to decrease boredom, destruction and any problem behaviours that may occur whilst you are at work.
Day care especially benefits dogs that suffer anxiety whilst alone. Boarding your pet with us here at Bowesfield whilst you are away during the day, will eliminate any anxiety and provide your dog with the interaction for mental and physical stimulation they need on a daily basis, contributing to a happy, relaxed and well-balanced furry friend.
Our opening times are between 8:30am and 12:30pm in the morning then between 3pm and 5pm in the afternoon. If you are unable to make these times, please speak to a member of our Bowesfield Team and we will do our best to arrive to a solution.
YOUR PETS DOGGY DAYCARE ROUTINE
This is what a typical day in our day care will look like!
- Your pet will arrive here with us at Bowesfield and will be taken down to their kennel to settle in. Those who have not yet been fed at home, will have their breakfast served (please note breakfast is to be provided by yourself for Daycare).
- Playtime! This is when the dogs in our care get an outside play break. These playtimes aren’t just about exercising your dog, it’s also about interacting with the Bowesfield Team to build their confidence and friendships.
- Time for a snooze! Back to the kennel for some much needed rest whilst all the boarding dogs are walked and cleaning of their kennels are completed.
- Now time for some exercise, out for a walk we go!
- Lunch time for any puppies who require it. Yum!
- Lunch time for our team. This gives your dog a chance to wind down after a fun filled walk around our field!
- More playtime! Another chance for your furry friends to interact with our team and have some fun. We do lots of activities including fetch, tug of war, different enrichment games and of course lots of cuddles.
- Dinner time! This is when we prepare and serve dinner for everyone who is dining with us.
- It was great having you! It is now time to say goodbye to your lovely pets. Hopefully see you again soon! (Depending on your time of departure).
- It is now time for all of our boarders to wind-down and begin their bedtime routine. Goodnight!
Important Message: Due to the increase in running costs over the last year we have had to make the incredibly hard decision to increase our prices by £2 across the board and our second pet sharing discount to 30% off. This decision really has not been made lightly and we hope you can understand our reasoning. Thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts for your support since we bought the kennels back in 2021, It really does mean the world to us as a family.
OUR PRICING
Our pricing is totally transparent. There are no hidden charges and the price we confirm with you is the price you will pay on departure. All our prices as standard include food, bedding, heat, walks and exercise, cuddles and VAT at 20%.

Additional Dogs: If you have multiple dogs sharing a kennel, each additional dog can stay for only £15 per night.
Pickup: If you are picking up in the afternoon rather than the morning there will be a daycare charge of £17 added to the stay.
